No Brokerage for New Buildings
For the booking of flats in new buildings, Propvilla Realty does not charge any brokerage fees. For all other services, our fees will be communicated transparently prior to any agreement.
Transparency and Professionalism
All real estate projects and transactions facilitated by Propvilla Realty are subject to thorough review by real estate consultants. We maintain transparency throughout the process and work to ensure both parties’ satisfaction with professionalism and integrity.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information regarding their preferences, requirements, and budget. Clients must also be available for site visits and provide necessary documents for property transactions and agreements.
Limitation of Liability
Propvilla Realty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. All property transactions are subject to the prevailing market conditions and regulations.
Modification of Terms
Propvilla Realty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or communicating to clients.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
